Haven’t ordered from here in awhile, and it’ll be a long time, if ever, before I order again. We were notified 12 minutes after we were supposed to have received our order that it was being delivered by DoorDash instead of a Pizza Hut driver; driver appeared to have to continue to wait for our food and we didn’t receive our order for yet another 20 minutes. Food was ok, not even hot though.

Pizza Hut is a familiar and convenient option when you’re craving pizza, offering a wide variety of menu choices including pizzas, wings, pasta, and other favorites. The brand has a long history and remains a popular choice for quick and easy meals. The food can be enjoyable when prepared well, and the menu variety makes it easy to find something for different tastes. Ordering is convenient through the app, website, or in-store. However, the overall experience can be inconsistent. Food quality, order accuracy, customer service, and preparation times can vary significantly depending on the location. More consistency in these areas would greatly improve the customer experience. Overall, I’m giving Pizza Hut three stars. It is a convenient option with a recognizable menu, but improvements in food quality, service, and consistency are needed to make it a top choice.

Nothing the same since Jill doesn't work there anymore. Not going back. I'll go to Dominos.
