- NBnick baxter2 days ago1.0Employees here are friendly, but useless for help with ordering. They couldn't answer any questions about current special. Dominos has a nationwide $9.99 any large up to 7 toppings. The app shows it as does the current daily emails they send. This location says they can not honor the deal because the franchise owner is opting out. Meanwhile Corporate Dominos says that isn't an option. EVERY other Dominos in Jacksonville is honoring the deal. We had to drive to Gum Branch location, but it saved us almost $24 on same order. Enough to get 2 large pizzas with current sale. Our family eats from here almost weekly. Won't ever happen again.

It’s basically a happiness alarm. Cheese melted perfectly, toppings ready to go, and everyone suddenly appears in the kitchen like they have pizza radar. 😂 The best part is there’s something for everybody — pizza, wings, cheesy bread, desserts — the kind of food that turns an ordinary night into a little celebration. Whether it’s family movie night, game day, a busy workday, or one of those “the kitchen is officially closed” evenings, Domino’s has your back. And let’s appreciate the real miracle… nobody has ever heard someone say, “Oh no, pizza again?” 🍕🤣 ⭐ 5 stars — fast, convenient, tasty, and always there when your dinner plans go from “chef mode” to “somebody please bring pizza mode!” 😂🍕
- BHBill HillMay 31, 20261.0The Staff and Management of this store need Re-Training in Costumer Relations. Failure to listen to costumer delivery instructions and passing it on to the drivers. A Manager Hanging up on a Costumer because, has the Manager put if he can’t help then there’s no use talking to him. I had asked for my pizza to be placed by the door. This was not relayed to the driver. I had to keep my door open to deal with the driver allowing my cat to get out in the middle of the night. Had they followed my delivery instructions, that would not have happened. No, there was nothing the Store Manager could do to make it Right Except to Apologize. Instead he acted like a jerk and ended up giving me a lousy response.

Guys like this are the reason why theres still faith the world can still be a great place! I had to comeback and edit this review because Charlie, Alex And Wyatt are also so kind everytime me and my wife come in and are absolutely great team members! This Dominos kills it everytime, keep up the great work guys!

I told them that I was going to come back for what was missing. They said that I didn't order any of the lava cakes when it was on my receipt. The managers tone was rude as well.
