  I have bought 3 teas lately at this location and they have hardly any taste to them. Also sat on the drive thru for 15 minutes trying to get a tea because the workers did nit make the customers pull up.

  Order a burger with bacon and pay for but don't get the bacon and service sucks alot of standing around when alot of cleaning is needed

  I stopped there on my way up highway on my way to work to grab something to eat on the way… I placed my order. 2 cheeseburgers no pickle onion combo with dr pepper( she asked me did I want coke and I told her no I want Dr Pepper) got to window lady was snooty … got my food.. got back on highway took a swallow of my drink it was coke not Dr Pepper, I was like dam.. ok I can tolerate that ( I had no choice). I grabbed a fry from bag I tasted like it been sitting out for about 6 hours they were cold as crap… I had to wait till I got to work to heat it all up again( and the fries were so tough reheated I had to throw them away). Very disappointed !!! Not to mention had to wait in line forever …. I know I was in drive thru for 10 minutes.

  I’ve come to this one since they opened. Everyone always tells me their bad experiences and I didn’t believe them until the last 2 month. Before I only got coffee. Sometimes it would be wrong but it happens. Recently I started eating the food again, and man, was that a mistake. I don’t like their eggs but somehow my sausage biscuit is coming with eggs more than once. Idk if they charge for it cause never get receipt. The other day I order a Hotcake meal and they legit forgot the hot cakes…. HOW!? And when we go inside to fix messed up orders they just stared at us until the girl already helping customers had to come and help us. No one else could bother. Not even the manager. We just went for nuggets, and wasn’t gonna get em if they didn’t have Big Mac sauce (they been out for a week or more) get told yes they got it. Pay and waiting for food and girls like “sorry we’re all out” bruh that’s why we askedddd

  I can’t just drive-through and order a Diet Coke, and as soon as I took a big sip of it, I realized that it was not Diet Coke. This wouldn’t be a big deal if I wasn’t a diabetic. To you it may just be a simple mistake from an employee, but to me, it could be a life or death situation. Good thing I had strips to test my soda to see if it was or was not diabetic and it definitely showed that it was not Diet Coke. I had to go in and get a clean cup to get a new drink. Please educate your staff on the health risk associated with not giving a diet drink when asked.
