The workers are rude managers are rude they don’t apologize for messing orders up they catch attitudes when you bring your food back do not recommend at all

- JJJayApr 18, 20265.0I've been in plenty of McDonald's restaurants over my nearly 60 years, it's been a long time since I've seen reason to write a positive review. This store team was on it. Typically, dine-in customers are an afterthought at fast-food restaurants, and you often get ignored while standing at the counter as the workers rush to work the drive-thru. That was not the case at this McD's. I ordered at a kiosk, but there was an energetic"older" gentleman at the counter talking orders from customers the old school way. As a former McD's employee during my teenage years, seeing this warmed my heart. Not only did he take orders, but he also went to follow up on them and put them on a tray or in a bag. There was even a runner to take them to dine-in folks. Also, there was a person cleaning tables (with a clean, soapy rag) and sweeping floors. Obviously, this was a snapshot in time. Hopefully, this in the norm here, but regardless it was refreshing to see this team in action.
