  Sometimes this place is a hit or miss. The fries be cold like they have been sitting for a while. The buns be hard. And they will get your order wrong

  This store needs to hire employees that value their jobs and not act as if us the patrons are getting on their nerves for trying to place an order because RILEY was VERY rude and when I let her know she was rude her response was OK and proceeded to tell me I was rude to her by doing nothing more than give her my code. She knew that she was rude too because she did not give me my receipt so that I could not do the survey and call customer service but I will definitely be making that call.   I've been in plenty of McDonald's restaurants over my nearly 60 years, it's been a long time since I've seen reason to write a positive review. This store team was on it. Typically, dine-in customers are an afterthought at fast-food restaurants, and you often get ignored while standing at the counter as the workers rush to work the drive-thru. That was not the case at this McD's. I ordered at a kiosk, but there was an energetic"older" gentleman at the counter talking orders from customers the old school way. As a former McD's employee during my teenage years, seeing this warmed my heart. Not only did he take orders, but he also went to follow up on them and put them on a tray or in a bag. There was even a runner to take them to dine-in folks. Also, there was a person cleaning tables (with a clean, soapy rag) and sweeping floors. Obviously, this was a snapshot in time. Hopefully, this in the norm here, but regardless it was refreshing to see this team in action.

  This is perfect example of poor performance on costumer service, MC quality standards, they got the worse actitud and got employee just walking around when place are busy, when you order to go if for a reason, we hurry

  This McDonalds cannot get an order right if it has more than 2 things in it. Twice in a row ive come here when it wasn't even busy - no cars out front, and im the only one in the drive through. I order for me and my wife - two double cheese burgers regular, two double cheese burgers no pickle, two cokes: 4 burgers, two drinks. They always manage to charge me correctly, but they apparently cant count past 2, because both times ive only gotten 2 burgers. Dont go here unless your ready to pay for food you won't get, even if youre the only one in line. Absolutely unacceptable levels of incompetence.
