  My drink was great but the fact that they still dont have any food for sale is a huge bummer. I mean how does Dunkin donuts not have donuts 🤦 especially after being open this long .

  I’m giving Cristal (Kristal?) 5 stars! Her customer service is great! She was working by herself and working fast to make sure we all had our drinks. She is friendly and awesome! And the drinks are great.

  The chunky white lady with red hair and glasses at the register was rude as all get out. I ordered a shakin espresso my go to drink (runner up is an iced latte). I tasted it and it had nothing but espresso, no flavor no milk. I told her after I tasted it it tastes like nothing but espresso. She rudely says " that's what a shakin espresso is" then she asked to look at the label and said it was made wrong and quickly remade the drink. I appreciate her efforts to fix the problem but definitely didn't appreciate the attitude. I honestly doubt I'll be back. Never had a bad experience until this!
