  Food is terrible at night its odd a dry. You will wait on food in the drive thru then get handed cold dry chicken cold fries,and your drink will have soda all over the cup I asked for a napkin so I could wipe the drink off my cup the girl in the drive thru rolled her eyes. Just all over rude. If you get breakfast it's hit or miss on the quality. I would suggest driving to eden or Kernersville if you would like fresh food with friendly service. If you are in Reidsville go anywhere but here.

  Really disappointed that my local Bojangles doesn't have the fried bologna biscuit. Went there expecting one, and left with a hammegan cheese biscuit. Still good, but not a bologna biscuit.😥

  We placed a mobile order which said would be ready in 9 minutes, we waited for over an hour for four biscuits and the order was wrong anyway. The chicken has stretchy rubber bands like strings completely throughout it and by the time you get them all out there’s no chicken left. The employees are yelling across the store to talk to each other and are talking and cracking jokes instead of making orders. One employee had even asked me about my order and when she looked at the order rolled her eyes and went over to socialize with another employee and never talked to me again. There was a line of cars waiting on food from the drive thru so long it started wrapping around through to the parking lot and people started leaving. One employee stated to a customer in front of me that she wasn’t going to walk all the way to the back to get an item for customer. I ordered on the app one other time before this and had the same experience. The employees yelling and arguing with each other in front of customers and it taking an hour to get any food. There are fantastic employees that work here that are really trying their best but aren’t receiving any support from fellow workers and I feel for them.

  It looks old and run down but the service and the food were great. But you have to deal with an Ai drive through.
