  Just save your money and don’t eat there! Worst McDonalds ever!!! Ordered my food “cooked to order”. It was still old and cold!!!

  Avoid this location on weekends. Totally incompetent management and lack of training for kitchen staff. Almost every order besides a coffee or drink requires being asked to pull up to wait. After this last visit and 22 minutes of waiting, only to have my order incorrect, I'm done with McDonald's in Red Springs. This is what happens when there's no competition in a small town. Do better, McDonald's.

  If I could give lower than 1 starI would have. Don't visited this store unless you have lots of time to wait (20 to 30 monutes) and lots of patience cause it will get tested here

  Went there today in drive thru. Ordered hot fries with my meal and asked Specifically for hot ones. Got food and fries were almost cold. I gave the fries back to them and was asked to move forward and someone would bring out. After waiting 15 mins I went inside and they had not cooked them. I mentioned how long been waiting. She started to give me cold ones again and I said no and that an apology should be given. No one said anything. After another 10 mins they bought the hot ones out and then apologized. Very POOR Customer Service.

  I wouldn’t like the owner of this franchise to contact me. I have a personal issue with the manager and I need something to get done about this Or the manager that’s above this Miss Shakira
