- MSMichael SharpeAug 20, 20261.0Stopped by this morning on the way to work. I normally stop in Siler city but today the Ramsuer location was closer. I ordered my normal breakfast of 3 scrambled eggs and a side of southern gravy and a sweet tea. In Siler city this normally totals just shy of $7. This location was $9.02. Doesn't make any sense but oh well. I pay for my order and head down the road. I open the eggs and wait till I get to a stop light to pour the gravy. I open the gravy and start to pour it. It PURE WATER WITH CHUNKS OF MEAT ! Absolutely disgusting! I pulled over at a gas station because this SOUP has gotten all over the place by now. I even tried to drain this nasty looking SOUP off of my eggs so maybe I could possibly salvage my eggs that cost nearly $10. But that didn't help. This is why people get so upset at fast food restaurants. You think once we pull away that whatever BS you put in the bag is what we have to deal with. Right or wrong we are stuck with the wrong food or something even worse like SOUP instead of Gravy! I even called to see if I could tell the manager about this to see if maybe we could fix it. Nobody would answer the phone. There was NO ONE in line with me and 1 vehicle in the parking lot. Guess they were too busy making more soup to answer the phone. If this is the best you can do at this location then just shut it down. There NO CHANCE that the person that put it in the cup didn't notice that I was getting soup instead of gravy. They just didn't care ! I'm attaching a pic ! Maybe answer the phone next time and we can do something about it before a review gets posted.

Young lady waiting on us was very nice. I noticed utensils display area was empty and I may understand why but then remove the display piece. Send in a fresh set of eyes to look at it from a new customer aspect.
