  Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered and paid online…ordered wings, fries, fried corn, and dipping sauce - got home and had wings and fried corn only, no fries and no dipping sauce. Seemed like they didn’t care and just wanted to get us out of there. We will not go back to this location again.

  The question is, who is charge of taking phone orders at this location? Because I called 4 times one evening and no one bothered to take my order. Definitely needs a change of employment.

  This would be a great location to go to if you enjoy waiting around and being lied to. Placed an online order and arrived 5 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time. Had to wait over 30 minutes while they told me that my order was "next up" multiple times. Seems like they screwed something up but never admitted it while they joked around and laughed in the back. They gave me an extra sauce for my trouble. Won't be coming back, sorry.

  My order was simple. Two Lemon pepper sandwiches, 1 order of fries, 1 order of veggie sticks. FIRSTLY, why have a phone number and you NEVER answer the phone for pre-ordering? EVER. I tried again today....consistent NO answer. Another customercomplainedal about not being able to order online.....The dude behind the cash register said they were "busy"............with THREE orders on the wall??? Nevertheless...... I go. Clearly state my order that I had to repeat it three times. On the THIRD repeat, the tall black man at the register interrupted me to KEEP asking me if I'M okay.....he stated he didn't like my attitude. While he was so focused on HIS feelings, he couldn't even tell me how MUCH my order was. To avoid a total crash out, I just gave him $20. Another customer came in complaining about the SAME kine of customer service. While waiting for my order. I saw why no one answers the phone. All of the staff are talking, laughter and counting down AUDIBLY how much of their shifts remain....especially Mr. Cash Register. Listen, if my HUSBAND didn't want this meal.......CHIC-FIL-A would have been the CLEAR choice for me. I can order online...and their staff is pleasant. I like the Wingstop brand overall....but the BRIER CREEK (promenade)location in Raleigh, NC needs MAJOR work. ASAP.
