  Went there on 9/21/26 with a call in order for the 20 boneless wing deal. Went ion a picked up my order, no acknowledgement from staff at all. Get home and find that my order, which has my name on it, was completely wrong, Chicken sandwich, corn on the cob. No boneless wings. Drive back and cashier doesn't say anything I just tell her my order is wrong and she goes to the waiting pickup rack and pulls another bag off and hands that to me. I open it and the clamshell boxes have my name and wing style I ordered. No apology nothing from staff. Apparently they put the outside tag on the wrong bag and mixed up two orders. I understand this happens but at least acknowledge it and apologize for the inconvenience. The staff acted like they could have cared less about working there or being there. Doubt I go back to this location.

  It's pretty sad when you walk into a place. First off, you don't even get greed. And the guy at the counter, sitting in a chair playing on his phone and you stand there for 5 minutes. Dude, never bothers to look up. It's not like you can't hear the door opening up. Everybody else, just loos up's out from dancing around in the back corner. Don't bother to come out. Ask if you need any help. Just leaves just standin there but yet people wanna make big bucks but yeah, you can't even acknowledge a customer when they come in. You'd rather dance around. And then let the customer stand there. Knowing that they have an order being the only customer in there even if they did order online, not even bothering to ask. Because there's nothing going on like I said, everybody dancing around having a good time. One guy sitting in a chair at the cash register doesn't even bother to look up to ask. If you need help and this is today's America. Everybody wants to make a dollar but does not want to work. This is why corporations are built and broke simplest. As that I'm a business owner myself. If any of my employees never acknowledged a customer when they are in their presence. I'd be asking them what third deal was and why they did not give the respect to that customer. But this is why they get bad reviews

  Was refused service due to being a walk-in. Said they were only taking call in or online orders. Service has taken a downturn.

  The staff was very rude. The wingettes were very small.
