  I've been wanting to try this place since they opened. The hamburger was flavorless. The bun was a little stale. I was told there would be shredded lettuce, but it was chunks of romaine. The fries were undercooked and flavorless. The chicken strips were more breading than meat and were very oily. I cannot for the life of me figure out what all the hype is about.

  We had never gone to a Whataburger before. We walked in with 16 kids and 7 adults after a hike and the manager and the workers all welcomed us in, thanked us for choosing “Whataburger”. They were thankful for our patronage. So often we find workers annoyed about working. But here, it was their pleasure to serve and at showed. The regional manager and the manager of that particular store both went out of their way to be kind and friendly. Service was awesome and the food, delicious. We will definitely be back!!

  On 9/12/2027 my partner and I ordered through the drive thru and the service was below acceptable, even for fast food. We had two coupons to use and the attendant was not professional in denying the use even if placing two separate orders. Then to top it off, after we drove off (our mistake but we were in a hurry), the order was not ours. We ate it anyway and the burgers were not tasty at all, rather dry. The fries appeared to be cooked in old grease and had a bad taste. Definitely will not be eating here again.

  A totally mediocre experience. I bought a standard Whataburger using a "free" coupon (with the purchase of medium fries +drink). My "free" burger was $5.82 including tax. Ok. Fair enough. That was a fair price to pay for a B or maybe B+ burger. But there was absolutely nothing exceptional about it. Under seasoned. No mayo (available as a side upon request). Ok patty (thin, bland), ok toppings (onion, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles). Mustard was standard. The whole experience was ok. I added ketchup and mayo and some fries to the burger; that helped. I really love a great burger, but this was decidedly not it. If you have a free coupon, it's a fair deal. If you don't, I would say no.

  09/06/26 I decided to try Whataburger for the very first time. I just finished my Security gig at the club a few miles away. My wife asked for Cook Out but I actually took the wrong turn by mistake and ended up by the Whataburger so she decided to try it since I was right there. I downloaded the app and looked at the menu, and she decided on the Sweet And Spicy burger combo. I tried the chicken sandwich since it was free. I used the app, went thru the drive thru, and when I got home 30 mins away I opened the bag at it was only a burger and chicken sandwich. I called and ended up speaking with Elaina and she was so pleasant and energetic. I was damn it’s 230 am and that place was packed and she still is this hyped! Anyways I told her what happened and she told me come back and let her make it right. I went back the next morning after working another long security gig. I told the front line young lady the story and she went and got Elaina. She still had all that energy again. I’m like how does she have all this energy with all these customers. She made the order for me again. This time I got the food. The burger tasted like real meat and it had that smoky grilled taste. The fries where hot and tasted like real potatoes too. I loved the whole experience. This is my new after work spot. The prices DO NOT match the quality! I have paid more money for Wendy’s or Cook Out for the same amount of food but it does not taste as good as what I just had. I paid less than $15 and got food that taste like it’s worth $20 or more. I know they about to be sick of me in that place. The whole restaurant is a vibe by itself and with management like Elaina I know it’s going to get better with time. Sorry this posts so long but Elaina is amazing and I love this place!
