  I ordered take out. Double bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. The good: onion rings were excellent. Period The not so good: burger was dry. Very dry. Good sized burger but the meat itself was unseasoned. Very bland. A burger at this price point should be juicy and seasoned well. It wasn't

  I visited Wayback Burgers and had a mixed experience. The location itself is nice and convenient, with parking available, which is always a plus. They also have an outdoor seating area, which could be great in good weather—but unfortunately, it was pretty cold and we still had to sit outside. Ordering is done through a machine, which was easy to use. The customer service was actually good—staff were polite and helpful when needed. However, the restaurant had an unpleasant smell, which made the experience less comfortable. The food tasted like any typical Wayback Burgers—nothing special, just standard. The prices felt a bit high compared to other burger places, especially since they charge extra for small things like ranch or additional sauces. One thing that really stood out is that every time I visit a Wayback location, I pay for sauces but don’t receive them with my order. I always have to go back and ask, and the response is usually “we forgot,” which seems like a recurring issue. Overall, it’s an okay place, but there are definitely some things that could be improved.
