The condition of the store reflects concerns similar to those noted in the posted health inspection rating, and there seems to be a lack of consistent attention to cleanliness and daily procedures. Additionally, food quality and temperature have been inconsistent, which may be related to unresolved equipment issues. Proper staff training and stronger management oversight could greatly improve both service and food preparation standards. Overall, there is significant room for improvement in professionalism, maintenance, and customer satisfaction.

  Expect to be disappointed. I do not recommend leaving the store before checking your order. Mine is usually either wrong, missing add-ons, or food with expired/rotting veg. Today they either completely forgot my boba (which was +$1… in this economy???) or they blended it into my smoothie??? Why would anyone do that????? There is no way to contact customer support and this store usually has their phone unplugged so you can’t call them or get a refund. It also takes thirty minutes for a smoothie most of the time. Absolutely no sense of urgency. My lunch break is 30 minutes and I can’t even get a dang smoothie in that time without ordering ahead. (And then it is usually wrong!) Do. Not. Order. Delivery. It will be wrong. I only ever order here out of desperation (not many vegan lunch options near my work.)

  I had an outstanding experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. From the moment I walked in, the energy was welcoming, positive, and fast-paced in the best way possible. The team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing—which makes a huge difference. The smoothies were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly blended. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. I also ordered food, and it was just as impressive—fresh, well-prepared, and served quickly even during a busy time. What stood out the most was the customer service. The staff made sure everything was right, kept the line moving efficiently, and still took the time to be personable. It’s clear this location is well-managed and focused on delivering a great guest experience. The cafe itself was clean, organized, and had a great vibe. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick smoothie or a full meal, this place delivers consistently. Highly recommend—definitely a 5-star experience. I’ll be back again soon!

  Check your labels. I went in and ordered a side of the kale apple salad. When I got back to my office, the date made was 4/13. I took it back and asked to swap, they gave me a container with much less and no safety label. I checked their safety rating on the way out the door and it was a 94. I didn't eat the salad, leafy greens is one of the biggest culprits for food poisoning.
