  They are a fast food place that only takes mobile orders. Dining room was closed, drive thru said they couldn't serve me if I didn't have a mobile order. What happened to Taco Bell?

  Yeah I know for a fact Taco Bell doesn’t care.. trust the reviews. There should be no way you order in the drive thru and receive cold food and wrong order. $32 spent and I couldn’t even eat more than a Doritos locos tacos. I also had a supreme missing from my box, went inside and they got Keyshia Cole blaring to the point where the guy at the counter had to lean in to hear me. Also while waiting in the drive thru I seen people go inside to get their order corrected. My stomach hurts. I will never come back

  It woudl be nice to have a food joint like this close to home if we could ever get food there. Went at 2pm the other day, no other customers, they said it would be about 20 minutes because it was only 2 people. Pay your workers more and hire more people. We also went at 11pm tonight and they denied us because they were only doing pickup orders. What’s the point. I’d share pics of my food if we could get anything.

  I arrived at this location this evening at 8:25 PM to pick up an order for Ryan W. The store was empty of customers, and I observed two employees preparing food. After standing at the front counter for approximately three minutes without being acknowledged, an employee emerged from the back. ​When she asked if I was there for a pickup, I provided the name on the order, which was sitting in plain sight on the counter. Instead of handing it to me, she walked past it to assist a drive-thru customer who had arrived after me. ​This level of service is completely unacceptable and unfortunately reflects a recurring issue at this location. Because of this poor treatment, I chose to leave the order behind, and that customer will likely receive cold food as a result. This experience warrants a failing grade for customer service.

  I don't go to Taco Bell often but my experience at the Fairbanks Drive location in Raleigh shows this place need to be shut down or management need to be fired. I went into this location three employees working one customer inside, no cars in the parking lot nobody in the Drive-Thru They locked all of the doors and someone did come and tell me I need to use the drive-thru they stated the reason was because there's only two people working and they can't have anyone inside because they don't have enough staff needless to say they had 1 customer inside. One nice young man did let me in to place my order IHe did request that I do it quickly the manager or supervisor shouted out to him why did you let him in not everybody's going to want to come in. And pretty much try to reprimand him for doing so, again there were zero customers and nobody coming to the door. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I would not hire this supervisor or manager or whomever she was for a paper route. I recommend everyone to avoid this place. Needless to say I walked out.
