  MARK MY WORDS: THIS IS THE WORST TACO BELL ON THIS PLANET. Never in my life did I think I would bite into a taco that was cold and stale. The food quality was absolutely unacceptable. Customer service was basically nonexistent, and don’t even get me started on how poorly the store is maintained. And putting three ice cubes in my drink? Seriously? That is not acceptable. Overall, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The food, customer service, cleanliness, and attention to detail were all disappointing. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  Never in my life have I left a review. I don’t see the point. Sometimes food is cold, sometimes food is bad. It happens, I get over it. Never in all of my time in this planet would I expect the displeasure of biting into a taco and pulling someone else’s finger nail from my mouth. I would not even wish this on my worst enemies.

  I have been ordering from this location and giving them chance after chance for well over a year. I have ordered for pickup, ordered in the drive thru, ordered through Uber Eats and DoorDash, and no matter the method, they mess something up on EVERY. SINGLE. ORDER. Either they’re missing the sour cream I paid to add, because they’re “out and can’t turn off the option” (absolute bullshit), or they send you soggy tortillas (how does that even happen) with the onion/tomato/cilantro blend you didn’t ask for because you can’t eat cilantro, or, as was the case multiple times including one time I went through the drive thru (and was rushed away before I had a chance to check my order), they miss ENTIRE ITEMS. Lately, they have been sending out greasy items that have no reason to be greasy as they don’t contain greasy ingredients. Honestly, it’s my bad for thinking they’ll improve, but they’re the closest location to my house and particularly when I order delivery, I don’t have much option. At this point, I think this location just needs to close. They have been through I don’t know how many managers in the last year plus — I’ve personally spoken to at least 3. Each of them has promised they will fix these issues and they still haven’t.

  Food be good n service is great n Shameka is the best worker they got she have a pretty smile & work very hard! but one of your employees stink real bad n messes up my appetite n I don’t appreciate that at all. He look different from everybody else he got curly Afro n not trying to discriminate im just giving my opinion.!

  Extremely disappointing service. I visited the drive-thru on July 21, 2026, and spent more than $30 on six items, including a Nachos BellGrande. The Caucasian male employee working the drive-thru appeared to be rushing and only gave me three of the six items I paid for. I did not realize that half of my order was missing until after I left. I called the location multiple times to have the issue corrected, but no one answered the phone. Paying more than $30 and receiving only half of an order is completely unacceptable. The staff seemed more concerned with moving the drive-thru line quickly than making sure customers received the food they actually paid for. Management seriously needs to address the lack of attention, accuracy, and customer service at this location. I strongly encourage anyone visiting this restaurant to check every item in their bag before driving away, because clearly the employees are not properly checking orders. I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service I received and will not be returning.
