  Taco Bell definitely went to hell and hand basket!! I stopped there last week Did been a long time since I've been there and I always used to love their burrito supreme. Well I found out a few things, first off all their value meals or packs course have went up in price. Second off they took the burrito supreme off that list so I just ordered a burrito supreme that cost me seven and a half hours when I finally got it I sat down to eat it and took two big bites and realized that there was no meat in it at all but it was basically a being burrito supreme with no cheese and no tomatoes and definitely no meat at all. When I went up there to tell him about it the guy that made it came over to me and said he did put me in it so I showed him the burrito and asked him where?? So he told me it'd be about 5 minutes and there was only a couple people in there waiting for their food... Of course it took longer than 5 minutes and when I bit into it it was like he put a teaspoon of hamburger meat in there and spread it out through the whole burrito just to say that it had me in there... I just got off work from a 12-hour day and said to heck with it I wasn't going to sit there and argue with them and wait another 5 or 10 minutes for a burrito with two teaspoons of meat..... Very disappointed in Taco Bell service and just being cheap on making a burrito supreme especially when they charge about $7.50 after taxes!!!! Worse burrito ever, And who would pay $7.50 for a big Bean burrito with sour cream cuz that's basically all it was and you can get a bean burrito for a couple dollars..... They should take more pride in their work and make the burritos right put more beef in there especially when they're charging for it, they should actually double the meal which I guess in their eyes would be two teaspoons full of beef..... I will not go to the Glenwood location again!!

  Terrible experience! I came here to pick up DoorDash orders and neither one was hot and fresh. Also an employee was extremely rude and unprofessional, snapping at my friend for no good reason. If you can avoid this Taco Bell, please do! Not worth the terrible customer service.

  Aye yo real talk, this taco bell was BUSSIN!!! I had a random craving for taco bell. The one off Leesville road is trash, but this one? HOT and NOSTALGIC! Ordered the luxe box on the website, beefy 5 layer with a doritos taco and the cheesy fiesta potatoes, and they SLAPPED. No doubt the best taco bell ive been too in YEARS. Yall gotta give them a raise cause they put their WHOLE BACK into it.

  Very rude customer service my nacho fries were cold. I asked for fresh fries. The employee snatched . The bag went made more fries for me, but did not tell me how long I would have to wait and also only put just a little bit of fries in the container. I do not want to argue, or her do anything to my food so I just took it and left.

  Probably had my one millionth taco tonight at my regular TB, nestled off Glenwood Avenue, in scenic Raleigh, NC. I don't have high expectations when it comes to fast food. I work in the service industry also and I get it, trust me. People suck. This Taco Bell location has all the lovely clientele that I'm familiar with, as I work a few miles down the road. They also have to deal with all the food delivery people and face it, not all of those delivery folks are cool. That being said, this is MY Taco Bell, and I love it. They never mess up my order, the food is always delicious, and usually very quick to come out! I would also like to note that the crunchy tacos at this location are actually crunchy! I know, I know. Unbelievable! The staff deserves raises all around. ♥️
