    Worst place never going again restrooms they wouldn’t let anyone in cause they don’t wanna clean it . Very disappointed can’t even wash your hands before nor after you eat. Someone needs check dudes attitude .

    Dropping this from a 5 star 10 years ago to a 1. This food has gone down hill and the price is absurd.

    The restaurant was DISGUSTING! Not a single thing in there had been wiped down. There was food and drink residue everywhere. I went to get a few packets of sauce and it was sticky everywhere. Don’t even bother using the restrooms. I don’t mind having to ask for a key to unlock the door, but once you get inside it’s horrifying. One of the toilets was close overflowing with feces on the toilet. The second stall wasn’t any better. An employee went in there before I did, so I know they were aware of what the bathroom situation was looking like. Unfortunately, it did not look like the restaurant had gotten messy earlier in the day. It seems to me that they really don’t clean as much as they should, especially with customers eating in their dining area.

    A couple of weeks ago, we tried to put in an order, but they made my spouse wait 15 minutes at the drive-thru window citing being "backed up" despite no cars being in front of him. He eventually left and got food elsewhere. Today they took our order: 1 crunchwrap, 1 cheesy bean and rice burrito, and 1 cantina chicken burrito. We were charged for all three items. We just now got home and the order is missing the cheesy bean and rice burrito, and it is also missing off the receipt. Why was I charged for it then? It looks like this happened to another reviewer a couple of months ago, too. I won't be going back. What a waste of time.
