I told him I was a valued customer since 1994 and he apologized and said he would have never treated me like this if he knew. I am shocked, flabbergasted, and disgusted that Subway has someone working their brand just to embarrass it like this. If you want to know one of many reasons you are failing in this society, this is definitely one!
