  Well where to start. Decided to go to Sonic for a Sonic Blast made with Reese's. What a mistake that ended up being. Vanilla ice cream with a whole in the middle, sprinkled with 15 mini peanut butter cups and heath bar crunch. Not what I ordered. Sad part is the cashier knew what she was giving be because I watched her double take and walk back and then reappear with my order. Since it was dark, didn't realize it until I returned to the hotel. What a joke!

  This was my first time at sonic and the guy taking our order was so incredibly rude. As me and my partner were ordering this guy was interrupting us, had an attitude and cut us off when we had modifications for our order. Then the guy who was giving us our food banged on our car window very hard didn’t greet us and shoved the food in our face and walked off. Stall 13 5/1/26 @4 pm First and last time at this sonic.

  I've been to this location several times & every time I put in an order & add bacon to it, THE BACON IS NEVER ADDED! The person taking my order repeats the order perfectly, but whoever is making it clearly has something against adding bacon (that I paid for) to burgers. Yes, I have called for assistance with this, but you guessed it, I never get an answer. I give up at this point, guess I'll just go home and make my own bacon topped burgers.

  Pulled into the drive thru and was told to pull forward no order taken, after 5 minutes I pulled into a stall and tried ordering there… place the order card reader down, cashier said they’ll bring payment. 35 minutes later still no food and the original car in the drive thru that was there before I got there still there. Good thing card readers were down in that stall who knows how long I would’ve waited. Two staff members were out sitting on the bench so not sure if it was the best use of labor seeing as most people were just leaving without food.
