  Food was good fries fresh..my sandwich was sloppy but taste amazing..Sonic burgers are way better than Whataburger...I said what I said..they have flavor & good chew...not eating for like 5 min after a bite ...customer service was great ...like order your food speak clearly say thanks and go on your way.. especially for late night crew ..come respectful they working it out in there so be patient with them.

  Ordered a strawberry fruit slushie with added cherries. But when they brought out my drink it did not have any cherries - even though I had paid for them. I was informed they were out of cherries. I asked for a refund on the added cherries but they claimed they were unable to issue a refund. They did offer to substitute something else but there are no other fruits to add. They ended up adding peach flavor. I was not satisfied, but this was better than paying extra and not getting anything.

  2's across the board honestly. The workers usually have an attitude and most times I've had to wait 10 minutes to even be spoken to about ordering. But once you get your food it's alright. Nothing too special l

  Had one of the worst experiences here. The service was absolutely terrible. We placed a mobile order and ended up waiting over an hour for our order which not to mention was TWO DRINKS. What made it even more frustrating was seeing the car next to us go up to the window, only to be told that they were only accepting drive-thru orders. If mobile orders aren't being fulfilled, customers should be informed instead of being left waiting. Completely unacceptable experience and extremely disappointing service. The drinks were watered down so we went to the Holly springs location to get them made again. Should've went to that location to begin with. Will be calling corporate. Highly DO NOT recommend this location. Would honestly give it 0 stars if possible.

  No food ever came after 30 minutes (only 1 other person at the restaurant ordering during this time), I asked for a refund they attempted to bring an incomplete order missing 3 burgers and all fries. After another 30 minutes I pressed the button again and they acted like I was there to place an order although it had been there an hour and waiting on a refund for 30 minutes. After another 15 minutes I left, I can see why people don’t come here. I want my money back and for Sonic to hire people who are competent.
