  The food here is consistently disappointing, even for a fast food place. Dishes frequently taste like nasty, old grease, are undercooked and cold, or both. Even the drinks are somehow bad, and that just involves pouring and mixing. You never know what you're going to get when you order a drink here, or just how sticky and wet it's going to be. However despite the consistently poor food quality, they have some of the most pleasant workers at the window. Every single time, I'm surprised at how friendly the workers are. If they could only figure out to put out better food, this place might be worth visiting.

  I ordered 2 burger combos and 2 sundaes today, and am very upset with both the service and quality of food I have received. An employee brought out my food and stated they were out of drink carriers and out of ice cream, so they gave us mini milkshakes as a replacement. The employee was rude and overall unpleasant, and immediately walked away before I had a chance to complain. The milkshakes were very watery and got thrown away. The fries were cold, mushy, and not even filled all the way. We did not receive all the sauce we ordered, and the “buffalo” sauce provided seems like regular hot sauce poured into a container, and the container was barely filled. Below is one of the identical meals I received, and is exactly how I received it. Overall, I should have complained and asked for a refund instead of playing nice. Terrible location with terrible service!

  The food is alright, will always be alright, because it's fast food and that's what it's designed to be. The reason for 5 stars is the service - one food runner in particular whose name I haven't caught, but he's always very pleasant and calls me "boss," which is just one of those things that makes you feel like a pleased customer. At this point, I return only partly for the food (and the incredible drinks, best in the business tbh) but mostly to stop by and see that nice fella always running food.
