They don't put enough sauce on wings. Always dry.

I’ve been trying to contact someone from the location where I made the order. I called last night for 2 hour without being able to reach anyone. The IVR will go over the same greeting for about 15-20 mins and someone picks up and phone and hang up. My food was cold. My wings were slippery. And I paid $40 for food I did not eat literallly still have the food right now waiting to speak with someone.

They appeared to be shorthanded. But having said that there was one lady who appeared to be responsible for putting the orders together (the last step). Been a while since I've seen anyone work harder than her. I'm sure she is not paid what she is worth. Need more pepperoni on pizza. Kind of scanty.

If I was able to give 0 stars I would! I've contacted coporate online in regards to my experience and here it is 2 weeks later and no one has reached out! As of now I don't even want a credit! I just want a refund for the horrible service and food that I received. The pizza's were burnt! And I got food poisoning. No one washes their hands! One delivery driver came back from doing a delivery and went straight to preparing pizza's without washing his hands!! Disgusting! I even called the next day to bring the food back since it was so late and the young lady stated that it wouldn't be necessary and that the manager would reach out...2 weeks later I have yet to hear from anyone! Please I'm warning everyone to stay away from this establishment! It's too much going on for people to not be washing their hands!!
