- CMCharlotte Moore2 days ago5.0My friends and I excitedly ordered pizza tonight from Papa John’s. We ordered 2 large pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni. Once they arrived, we opened the boxes to find not large, but medium pizzas. On top of that, both pizzas were cheese and neither had a stuffed crust. We then realized we got the wrong order by DoorDash. So, we called the store. FORTUNATELY, John picked up the phone. He was immediately at our service. As soon as we told him the issue, he was extremely apologetic, kind, and helpful. Exactly the person you want to speak to. He came up with multiple solutions and let us pick what best suited us. We asked if he could please resend the pizzas, to which he not only did that but made them PERFECTLY!! John, thank you for your service. We appreciate you, we love you. - My friends and I.

There are no responses to the bad reviews, almost like the location has given up. It's clear to me now that the new business model is to put only as much effort as is required to technically fulfill orders, and prey on people that remember when Papa John's was a real pizza restaurant and are still operating under that delusion. Just don't.
