  I had such high hopes because the pizza looked good. There were a few big problems that can’t be over looked. 1st and more egregious, the pizza was under cooked. Raw dough. Nothing worse. There was also much cheese that it never melted underneath… which probably led to the raw undercooked dough. It was a stuffed crust pizza and that cheese tube was firm and never melted.. and lastly, there was so much juice from the dumb little anemic pepper on the side that it was leaking out of the box. It was all over my hands and dress from having it on my lap on the way home. My boyfriend and I didn’t eat it. A few bites and then immediately in the trash. We may as well have set a $20 bill on fire. I won’t ever be back.

  This is literally the only Papa John’s I’ll eat at in Raleigh, NC! 🍕 Every order is fresh, ready when the app says it will be, and consistently hits the mark. I’m always happy with my purchase. The pizza isn’t overly greasy, and there’s plenty of free parking, making pickup quick and easy. Consistency is why I keep coming back!

  My son ordered from uber eats on June 24 2026 at 11:49pm, it showed on that day that the store closed at 2 am for deliveries. Once the driver got to the location it was closed and she could only take a picture on the outside letting us know that she couldn't pick it up. We have tried to get a refund from Uber but they keep saying it isn't eligible for a refund. We are not sure why since, the driver can confirm the order couldn't be picked up. I have noticed today that the store has changed its hours and I made sure that my son took a screen shot that night of the store's hours. I later took him to another location to get his order, we repaid for that order. I understand that it wasn't made thru papa johns but I feel y'all are still somewhat responsible for him losing his money since y'all hadn't updated your store hours. Also that location should have some notice an order came through since when he made the order the store was currently still open. I called customer service and spoke with the manager who put me on hold for 15 mins before I disconnect and I called corp customer service and spoke with Namia D and she didn't even try to check with that store to verify anything.
