I asked if they could push the pick up time back they told me no because they had placed it in the oven. She told me it would take another 10ish minutes after talking for 5 and being on hold for 8. She then canceled my order… that is after I told her we would pick it up.

It's four swipes with the pizza cutter! Come on.
