I got one slice the size of a kite in this pie and the other is the size of a baby's...thumb. Kites sized piece not shown because I ate it but look at that little guy down there? It's four swipes with the pizza cutter! Come on.

Ordered pizza for a party online only to find out that it was going to be delivered almost 2.5 hours AFTER the order! Tried to cancel the order but again, no one answers the phone! Spent almost 2 hours on the phone waiting to talk to ANYONE to properly cancel the order. We ended up ordering pizza from Dominoes and disputed the charge for Papa Johns and went to bed after 10pm. Woke up next morning and found Papa Johns pizzas sitting at our front door! They apparently delivered the pizzas well past the delivery time and didn't even have the audacity to ring the doorbell or knock! Will NEVER be ordering from this location again! This store gives the franchise a VERY bad name and is need of NEW management.

I used to order from this place often, but for the past several months, delivery has been incredibly late each time-- way past the time range provided after order confirmation. It shouldn't even be a problem, considering I live 15 min away from the store. No apologies, no compensation, nothing. I've called the store and spoken to management, who had nothing but an "okay, well it'll be there soon" to provide as explanation. Horrible management. There is not even an option to order online from a different store, I'm stuck with Highway 42 PJ's.
