  Y’all 🤣 just watch the video. This is the pizza we just got. It doesn’t have DOUGH in the middle, the crust is a burned mess, it’s like someone’s first practice pizza. I called to ask for a refund and the first man who answered was really nice, remembered my husband who picked it up, but asked me to hold because a system wasn’t working. No problem. Then another guy (?) comes on, is super dismissive and refused to do anything “unless I can see the pizza”. I told them I would be happy to send video, and he refused. Yeah, we’re not making ANOTHER 30 minute trip to show you the pizza you messed up?? Then he says “I have a manager on the line approving all pizzas so” IDK man, maybe he went to poop, but if a manager approved this pizza, they should not be a manager- or should just approve a refund!! You saw what happened, be responsible! I invited the guy on the phone over for pizza, and he didn’t wanna do that either. Probably because he knows there’s no dough on it 🤣 We’re not the number one customers here, but we get a pizza probably once a month and always come to this location and it’s great, even when they’re swamped. Not providing a refund (of just the pizza! the cheese bread was great!) when you KNOW what pizza you gave us is insane. I’m sure a pizza tray with the middle of our pizza dough is soaking in the dish pit right now. Mistakes happen, I’ve worked in fast food (and my husband worked AT papa John’s for years!). We were laughing at this silly mistake, but I’m so disappointed they couldn’t be bothered to make it right. On a good note, when I called corporate, she was a delight!

  Ordered sum wings around 12:45am for an online pick up ok walk in and I’m waiting how am I suppose to know they only got two people working? So the white boy they got working overnight all I did was say sir I had a online order, he was VERY RUDE TO ME I MEAN RUDE HE COMES OUT HIS MOUTH AND SAYS yea everyone has a online order that’s waiting you see all those orders on the screen im gonna stop talking to you so I can get them done! I get it I used to work in food but that’s why you communicate with the customer to let them know what’s going on he’s needs to find another job ASAP!!!!! Whew

  Its only a pick up store which is common for PJ but the staff here seem more competent and friendly than most which is always refreshing.
