- RHR HSep 29, 20262.01st time with delivery. A disappointing experience. Order was totally wrong. Called and after waiting 5 minutes on hold, spoke to a Manager who was kind and sent a new pizza. Asked if we got wings ok which we did but later discovered they were the wrong wings. 🤷🏼♀️The new pizza was lukewarm and crust was not cooked.

After calling and getting this straight, another manager called me to tell me that I should have asked for my wings to be ordered well done. That seems excessive, for simply wanting my food cooked thoroughly and not wanting to contract a disease from undercooked food.

It was over cook and missing some ingredients. It was just plain with know flavor. Then he act like he couldn't understand the name for the order. Young guy in the back had to repeat it for me. He not a customer service person at all. Not have to worry about me again. I just took the L for the pizza. Come on papa John pick up your good pizza again. Don't continue falling off the map. I'm talking about the Papa John's on Capitol Blvd where plant fitness and nail bar locations.
