If this location is a good representative of the brand overall, then Panera is getting VERY skimpy with the portion sizes these days. Can’t say it really makes me wanna keep coming back. I don’t like feeling like everything just keeps getting more and more expensive in exchange for less product, but….. well….. reality just is what it is, sometimes. 🤷🏻♂️

Not only were each of the orders no ready on time (twice I got an email saying the order was running late, but after I arrived). Twice I had to go inside as they only use tge drive through for online orders. It is not regularly manned and they dont seem to pay attention to it. So, I had to go in to get my order. Today's order was missing an entire sandwich on two pick-twos but it took so long to get tge order I had to leave. This location is a nightmare.
