The counter employee invited me to check my rewards status, which allowed me to take advantage of unused rewards - & she was friendly & attentive. *My only complaint is environment > the din8ng area is ALWAYS dirty! Dirty tables & chairs, dirty floors, beverage area dirty & dish station so disgusting that I didnt want to stand in front of it to sort through my trash & dishes. The cleanliness component of the experience needs immediate & drastic attention!
