  We were served right away. Good servings and tasted good. I had delicious ribs and sides. Others had steak and sides. All from the specials menu on back of menu with dessert included. We will go back.

  I had a fantastic experience here due to the manager Spencer. I live out of state and was having some issues online with a 3rd party app getting an order placed for my Nana’s birthday. Outback is her favorite and it’s always what she wants. Spenser went out of his to personally take the order and make sure it was delivered to her for her birthday dinner. She was beyond excited and it was amazing Customer Service.

  Cody Boylan was amazing! I was having the worst day, and when I came in to order food, he was so kind to me. The food came out quickly, everything was in the bag, and the service was great overall. I asked him how his day was, and he told me they had been really busy because a lot of people called out. Most people under that kind of stress get overwhelmed or lash out, but Cody kept his composure and truly went above and beyond for me. Before coming in, I was honestly on the verge of tears, so his kindness and friendliness really meant a lot. Thank you so much, Cody!

  The worst I’ve ever felt in a restaurant/ place of business. My husband and I went on Mother’s Day for dinner, the hostess told us that only seats available are at the bar, we opt in and the rest was history. No one gave any attention, we sat for over 40 minutes, tried getting someone’s attention but he just said I’m not the manager . And walked away , such a disgrace in this day and age.

  I recently visited Outback on Capital Blvd in Raleigh, and I had such a great experience that I felt it was worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and the staff made everything feel easy and enjoyable. The food and drinks were just as good as you’d hope. Freah, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you go out to relax and have a good meal. What really stood out to me, though, was the service, especially from Cody Bolick. I’ve interacted with him a few times when picking up to-go orders, and he’s always been kind, respectful, and professional. This time dining in, he went out of his way to acknowledge me, welcome me in, and make sure everything was going smoothly. It wasn’t over-the-top or forced, just genuine, thoughtful service that you don’t always come across. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and that kind of consistency really makes a difference. I truly appreciate the effort he puts in, and it’s a big part of why I’ll continue coming back. Great food is one thing, but great people are what keep you returning, and Cody is a perfect example of that.
