Beautiful interior. Delicious steak. Asparagus was okay. Chocolate cake was pretty bland. Our server was working very hard and doing a great job, but she was stretched way too thin and had too many tables. Therefore the service was very very slow. I prefer other steakhouses over this one

Had the BEST birthday dinner at The Oak Steakhouse. Everything was amazing from start to finish. The food was honestly a 15/10 — especially the oysters with the mignonette sauce… I’m still thinking about them 😂. Our waiter Jesse made the whole experience even better. Super attentive, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special. He even gave us recommendations for things to do afterward to keep the night going. You can tell he actually cares about the guests having a good experience. Beautiful atmosphere, incredible food, and top-tier service. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Raleigh.

We spent our first wedding anniversary here and they did an excellent job making it a special dinner on a special day. Before we arrived they sent us a message asking what the occasion was and what we bonded over, and when we arrived for dinner they were kind enough to have gotten us a gift to commemorate the day. The food and service were top tier and we definitely felt like it was worth it for the experience we had.

My wife and I came here to celebrate our 12 year anniversary and we had an amazing time. Tina, our server was very knowledgeable about everything, even shared a little history about the restaurant. She was amazing. Every review about great servitude is correct! We had the oysters, eggs, and ceasar salad to start off. The eggs with the fried oysters on top are next level. Ceasar salad is not your traditional ceasar buts it's still good. It's actually kind of sweet and spicy. We finished of with the lamb chops, I think I had the NY Strip, collards, and potatoes. Delicious, amazing... Wouldn't dare ask for steak sauce! Go ahead and set a side $200 for two, but it's worth it to eat fine dining every once in awhile. We will be back

First, huge shout out to our server JoJo. Well done!!! Ordered Oysters Rockefeller for an app. Good, but kind of bland. Wife had a roasted carrot salad. Fantastic. Main courses were excellent! Only real criticism was clientele dress. When I confirmed my reservation, the response was business casual. So we dressed appropriately. When we walked in, however, there were alot of shirts and t-shirts, and ballcaps worn at the table. I get it, you're trying to put people in seats. But if you're going to have a dress code, enforce it, or don't have one. Aside from that, a great dinner experience!
