  I was online to place an order, but due to line being long I decided to do the mobile order Before they stopped serving breakfast. I finally got through the speaker at 10:32 and the worker stated that my order was canceled because they were done with breakfast and he said I can have you speak to a manager. The manager explained to me that the system automatically cancel the order if it’s past their cutoff time and refused to do my breakfast order because they said that they would have to check to see if they have Ingredients to do it. I explained to him that it didn’t make any sense of them checking to see if they had any ingredients left if it’s only been past two minutes from breakfast, which I know other franchises would still honor it You place the order before it’s over. When I told the male manager this, he basically decided to do my breakfast Order and at that time, I was just so unhappy on how they handled the situation. I have worked in franchisees as big as McDonald’s, and you would never turn a customer away, especially when they have ordered before the cutoff time. This is very unprofessional and I wish the owner of this franchise will read this message and get back to me. The payment I did online still shows on hold so I still have to wait for my bank to confirm that I wasn’t really charged because they Couldn’t print out a receipt stating that my order was canceled And now I just have a hold on my account due to what was paid to them

  Every single time I try to come to this McDonald’s it’s always one thing or another. This is like the fourth time that I’ve come and their frappe machine is “down.” Sometimes you have to wonder do these people not know that by not helping customers means they’re not gonna make money which means they’re gonna lose their jobs or does that not register with them??

  Can’t read orders. I say no salt I get extra salt. I say separate orders I got 1 bag full order all fries in bottom of bag

  This restaurant is a coin flip whether or not the orders are correct. In the last 2 years, I've lost at least 4 hours of my life going back to fix orders. They combined both pairs of customizations on all 4 burgers, and now I have to figure out how to solve this again. The last time this happens, we went back to have it remade, and they messed it up AGAIN. The night managers response? "So, do you guys want a refund?" No I would like the food to be right the first time. That isn't always possible, but at least get it right the second time. And before McDonald's replies telling me to contact support, I have. I filled out the form the last 4 times this happened at this location, and they never contacted me back. Now the "request to be contacted" button is gone too. They don't care
