    I like this place because this service is fast but today I had a bad experience. There was this woman very rude and unprofessional who refused to correct my order and refused to give me her name. However she is always there. Her photo is in the lobby

    There used to be a wonderful woman working the morning shift who was always kind, welcoming, and made sure orders were correct every time. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen her there lately, and the experience since then has gone downhill. The current morning manager, Maria, was extremely rude during my visit. She ignored the drive-thru speaker for quite a while, and when I politely said “hello?” to make sure it was working, she came over speaking unclearly. When I said I had a mobile order, she loudly snapped, “I SAID ONE MOMENT PLEASE.” The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. Customer service used to be one of the reasons I enjoyed coming here, but lately it’s been disappointing.
