    This McDonald’s has never disappointed me. Ice cream machine is always running, employees are always nice, it’s always clean and safe, even at night. It’s always open and has saved me on so many occasions. Thanks to all the workers who keep the place running so well! :)

    Avoid this location at all costs. Have never gotten a correct meal order right anytime that I’ve been there. Seems like they just blindly grab food and throw it in a bag that poorly made. There is another location up the road that you should go to. It’s honestly crazy how much they screw up orders at this location. It’s almost like they are doing it on purpose.

    This has always been the second worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to which is a shame because it’s the closest one to home. But tonight’s adventure was my final straw. We’re coming home from a Hurricanes game and didn’t eat anything at the venue to save some money. There is one car at the pickup window and no other patrons on site. None at the speakers. We pull in to the first line of the drive thru. As the employee starts to speak, I can hear his headset mute for a second because another car pulls into the second lane/speaker well after we arrived. Employee asks me to hold on a moment to which I reply, “sure, no worries,” thinking he needed to make his way back to his register or something. And then I hear him switch to the second lane and start taking their order instead. We left. It takes an inordinate amount of time to actually receive your food at this restaurant. I’ve spent 15 minutes in the drive thru waiting so I was not about to run that risk when I got there first and could go home and make a frozen pizza in less time. When they actually get your order right, the food has been great. Poorly managed and staffed.
