  This McDonald’s is so terrible. The people working there are rude and clearly not the brightest. Not only does it take forever for what is supposed to be FAST food, they stay screwing up the order. I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard only all the little sticker that comes on your burger, it is written correctly, but why did I bite into a pickle? 🤦‍♀️

  This is my closest Mcd's and is far and away the absolute worst restaurant (I call FF establishments out of courtesy restaurants) I have ever come across. I would rate ZERO stars if I were allowed. The quality of staff and food are appalling. I gladly drive to the Mcd's on Raven Ridge instead

  This McDonald's location is poor. The workers ignore you, I ask for no cheese and it comes with a slice on both sides, I ask for light ice and they fill the cup to the brim with ice, the ice cream machine is always out of order and the burgers are greasy. Skip this location and go to the one at 9600 Falls of Neuse instead. They are nicer.
