  I have enjoyed dinner, several times, in the past few months. It is always delicious. This last time we had a wonderful waitress named Zahra. Her personality and smile will certainly bring me back again soon.

  Leo's Italian social is a beautiful venue but both the service and the food fall flat. Come here for the vibes and drinks. But if you're looking for good Italian food you're better off cooking for yourself at home. I had the worst chicken parmesan I've had in a very long time, as well as the tiramisu. The chicken Parm was burnt and the way this place makes it is not traditional. If I wanted a white sauce pasta I'm not expecting it to be underneath a chicken Parm with red sauce on the sides of the plate just for the looks. The tiramisu tasted sour and was not good either. The lady fingers within are supposed to be lightly soaked so as to retain some cake-like texture. The one served was complete mush. Honestly, you're better off going to Olive garden at these prices.

  The first time we came here was for a quick drink at the bar (to wait on our table at BarTaco) and we had a positive experience. We decided to try for dinner tonight, and we were not impressed. We were seated immediately, but no one came to our table for 10+ minutes. Our drinks did not come until a few minutes after we finished our appetizer. Then we had to wait a few minutes for our waiter to come by so we could order entrees. We got a pizza and a Caesar salad, and could 1000% have made better at home. I think we’ll stick with BarTaco next time…they are always 3x as busy and we always have excellent service there.

  I made a reservation for two on Friday July 31 at 8pm. We arrived and were rudely greeted by the hostess. She was on the phone when we arrived and didn’t greet us. Then we sat for 10 minutes with no service. Finally at 8:10pm, the hostess walked by and we asked about the server for that table. It took another 3-4 minutes before the server actually came to the table. This same server walked by us numerous times! The restaurant wasn’t even busy! It felt a little racist or targeted. We left and didn’t eat. I will NEVER go back.

  I booked for 4 guests to celebrate a family member's birthday, which I noted in reservation. At first host couldn't find our reservation. Eventually found it, seated us at a table in a noisy section. Chairs had crumbs on them, tablecloth had stains. Asked hostess if we could move to a then-empty quieter leather booth across the way. She said no -- they were holding that for a reservation of 5 people (we had 4 in our party). About 10 minutes later, same hostess sat 2 adults and a kid at said booth. First lie of the night. Our party thought both soups (bisque and wedding soup) were salty. We barely touched. They were removed from our check. Chicken parmesan tasted so bland -- like it came out of a box. Just one dollop of red sauce. Everything was lukewarm. Nothing was hot. We declined dessert due to poor apps and entrees. I asked our server to speak to manager. I asked if a gentleman I'd seen was the manager -- I pointed him out. Server said no. This was the second lie of the night as the gentleman later came over and we asked point blank if he was the manager. He said yes. Extremely disappointed in the deception from wait staff and hostess staff. Salty soup, bland entrees. Shared all our concerns with management. Will not return.
