    I just had the strangest experience. I came in a bit before 6 pm, so over an hour before closing, to order a sandwich. There were two employees in the very small building. However, they acted like I wasn’t there. Even asking them if I could order didn’t get them to acknowledge me. After a couple minutes I just walked out to the pita place across the street where they actually wanted my business.

    Let me start by saying I am not typically the type to leave a bad review. But when you mess with my sub…you get the claws. I am a loyal #11 lover. I love a country club more than I’ll love my eventual first born. I’m not new to knowing what it looks like. So when I ordered a #11 for pickup (my mistake, everyone knows you must monitor the hands that build your lunch), I was aghast to see what looked like 1925 Great Depression era rations. Did the sandwich artists hands break halfway through? Did he get distracted by a Fayetteville st prowler acting a fool and mistakenly wrap up my sub too early? I am befuddled at what could have caused this but nonetheless I immediately went Karen mode and informed Jimmy John’s feedback site. What was I told? That the Russian bread line looking sub was up to Jimmy John’s standards. You’re joking!!! Did they look at the image? Do they think it’s my first day out here?? I don’t know. You tell me. I attached photos of the tragedy of a “sub” below.

    The big dude needs to be trained how to make sandwiches and wrap them with care. He did not make them as ordered. He was exceptionally slow and was texting on his cell phone with his gloves on.

    What Jimmy John’s doesn’t have bread to make 5 giant sandwiches at lunch time? I’ll tell you which Jimmy John’s…this one! I had 3 delivery drivers cancel on me due to this issue, the fourth driver that accepted my order had been waiting at the store for 30 minutes. Needless to say I canceled my $80+ order. This chain is the absolute worst. Take your money elsewhere.

    Ordered Jimmy John’s online during the middle of the lunch rush and it was ready right when I walked in. Super quick, exactly what I expected, and really convenient. I honestly haven’t had Jimmy John’s that often, but I was surprised by how good of a deal it felt like. It’s getting harder and harder to find a sandwich under $15 that actually fills you up, and they’re still doing it for under $10. It also doesn’t feel like a basic Subway type of sandwich. For the price, speed, and portion, I thought it was a really solid value. Definitely a good option when you want something quick, filling, and reasonably priced.
