  Waited here almost an hour to get my food the last two times I came. Somehow they are always short staffed and don't have enough ingredients.

  Always good service and good food, they’re nice and patient even when they’re out of stuff. My only complaint is that there’s appears to be a manager, a white man, who curses and yells at his employees while customers are in the store, making them visibly upset and uncomfortable. I would not want to work for him or be in the store while he is there!

  I stopped in very thirsty and politely asked for a cup of water. I was told that they no longer give out water because of issues caused by other people in the past. While I understand businesses have policies, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and compassion in this situation. Basic kindness and customer service go a long way, and this experience left me feeling unwelcome. If I could give negative 0 I would .

  Solid Jimmy John’s location overall. The sandwiches are consistently fresh, the bread tastes great, and the service is usually pretty fast. Staff has always been polite during my visits and the restaurant is kept fairly clean.
