Jimmy John’s used to be fast and consistently good. Unfortunately, both seem to have gone downhill. I stopped at this location and waited about 15 minutes for my order while one employee made sandwiches and another transferred some type of liquid from one five gallon pail to another. I’m not even sure what that was about. When I finally got my food, one of the wrappers had tuna residue on it. Thankfully, I had ordered tuna, but that still isn’t something you want to see on the outside of your sandwich wrapper. No bag, no napkins, and no receipt either. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I specifically asked for a receipt when I ordered and was told it would come out with the sandwiches. It didn’t. Then, immediately after paying, I was prompted for a tip. I left $2, only to wait 15 minutes and receive my food without so much as a smile or basic customer service. The biggest disappointment, though, was the food itself. My first bite was underwhelming. The bread was stale and hard, and the meat lacked flavor and freshness. It tasted like some of the ingredients had been sitting around longer than they should have. Jimmy John’s built its reputation on being “freaky fast” and serving a solid sandwich. This visit was neither fast nor good. Bottom line: Jimmy John’s is falling off, and this location did nothing to change that impression.

Deleted my old review from a year ago, so I could create a fresh 1 star a year later, and I guess this will just be the last time we use this location. Created an online order, go over to pick it up. Not ready which is fine. Wait till it's ready, get home. Sandwich is messed up. Check the other 1, seems ok but now it's been 20+ minutes and I have to drive back and forth again. Return to get the order fixed Explain the issue. I ask for both sandwiches to be re-made fresh. "You want both re-made even though only 1 is wrong?", I answered "Yes". The response I was given was "Well see." I followed up with or you can just refund the order. Which they then re-made both sandwiches. When I walked out the door I started double checking the order again, and the staff came out and told me it was still wrong, and then went and fixed it again unprompted. It's just a sandwich idk why the back and forth and stink eye about re-making 2 sandwichs.

Friendly staff. I ordered the turkey tom with garlic herb wrap with onions, oregano, kicking ranch. Great wrap.

1 Star — Only Because Zero Stars Is Not an Option This Jimmy John’s in Brier Creek needs to seriously rethink using Uber delivery service, because the delivery experience was terrible. The food may come from Jimmy John’s, but the customer experience is completely ruined when the delivery service they rely on does not do the job properly. I ordered expecting a simple, fast delivery, and instead it turned into a frustrating mess. When a restaurant chooses to use a third-party delivery service, they are still responsible for the experience their customer receives. Passing it off on Uber does not fix the problem. I paid Jimmy John’s, I ordered from Jimmy John’s, and the experience reflects on Jimmy John’s. This location needs to either hold Uber accountable, use a better delivery option, or stop offering delivery if they cannot make sure customers actually get decent service. Extremely disappointing. I would rate lower than one star if I could. This was not a "Freaky Fast" experience. 45 min later still not here. Should call it "FREAKY SLOW!"
