  They just put what ever they want on the sandwich without asking I wanted my bread toasted they did do it

  Just ordered online and they didn't even put mayonnaise on my sandwich. Forgot the extra pickles on it as well. Sandwich is too dry to even eat.

  Staff is creepy towards women and creates an uncomfortable environment, will not be going here anymore as I don’t feel safe given the inappropriate comments they are always making towards customers

  Faribault Jimmy John's employees are very kind and professional. I wasn't sure what I wanted to order and they told me to take my time. The sandwich I ordered tasted great and service was fast. I went through the drive up so I didn't see the inside of the store.
