    Zero hygiene! They don't use gloves or hairnets! They stick their whole head inside the freezer to get the ice cream out.

    I ordered a small vanilla milkshake. Everywhere I read it should have been ice cream and milk. This came with two pumps of mystery liquid (I'm guessing sugar syrup). The shake was way too sweet. Haagen-Dazs ice cream is already plenty sweet and I'm so disappointed this was made over the top needlessly and without my asking
