  I really wish I could give this place zero stars, but unfortunately that’s not an option. Firstly, I used to come in here all the time and the workers in front were never friendly, never spoke or said anything. today I tried to go and do an even exchange for a soda I didn’t have the receipt, but I had the card that I used to pay for it and I had my app which tracks all of the orders that I’ve had. The manager in front Diana was very rude and condescending in her tone and essentially told me that they don’t do that here which I’ve never known a place to not accept the card for a return. I’m not sure if it was because I’m a black man and she thought that I was trying to get over or if she just decided to let her bad morning affect the customers, but I will never be shopping at this establishment again and I hope corporate sees this and realizes that they need to put some more time into training their managers, especially white ones in a majority black area.

  I must be invisible because I have to wait every time I go to customer service desk. Managers congregating together and I know I was seen today. I guess good customer service, at the counter, is not important. I will go to another FL if I need something.

  Never any cashiers in line. They are always hanging out in a group in front of the scan and pay area watching customers scan our groceries. Food lion needs to deduct 20% from our orders when we are doing a job we didn’t sign up to do. Food Lion opens early in the morning and I go at 10 AM no cashiers in line because they want you to scan your own groceries and at 8 PM and later no groceries scanned by employees and again, we are doing employees jobs. I despise how you Pay your employees to sit around while your customers do their job Do better
