  I was there both time today. As I was checking out at the self check out. There is a very old lady wearing a mask that work at the self check out. They should never let this old lady work there. Both time I check out, she look at me suspicious like I about to steal something. The second time I check out, she even went to me and asked if I check out the red onions? Food Lion should never let her stay there at the self check out

  This store keeps their air conditioning to a minimal. It’s always hot in there. And the refrigerators are set way too low. Cold food isn’t cold. I’m not going to this food lion again. I’ll go a couple of more miles to the good one

  My interaction with Adam, the store manager, came off as very dismissive and unknowledgeable. This experience has saddened me, as much as I loved and shop at this location.

  The employees in this store need to be trained on customer service. They are without a doubt the rudest group of employees that I’ve encountered. The only reason I shop here is the store is close to where I live. I normally use self serve and the clerks manning that area rarely speak or they are in a conversation with another employee. Carts are seldom inside the store when you go in. Do better Food Lion!
