- KWKaye WinnSep 19, 20263.0Ive been coming to this Food Lion for some time now. The employees are always helpful. There are a few new people who I truly enjoy seeing, they are always so personable. However, there is one employee who is always rude and condescending, I believe his name is Kareem. He parades around the store rolling his eyes at customers and I have caught him being rude to employees as well. I was in Customer Service or servicing the community most of my career and I know bad management when I see it. The energy always feels off whenever I come in and hes working. The employees look miserable and the store just seems blah! I have more concerns, but they arent for Google. Ive documented things ive witnessed from him and I would like corporate to know. I just left this morning and he was there. Didnt bother to greet me or any other customer. But thank you to the other staff, you all are great. Just stop double ringing me!☺️

- BBBilly B. (Triple B)Aug 26, 20261.0Check your receipts! They will advertise a sale price then charge you full price at check Out! Had to waste 20 extra minutes getting them to correct almost $30 they over charged me. Not the best attitude from employees either. Maybe should report to attorney general office for false advertising/ bait and switch.
