  This is definitely my favorite Food Lion in the whole world 🥹❤️. I’ve been to many locations, but none compare to this one. It’s always fully stocked, the meat is fresh, the fruits and vegetables look amazing, and everything is clean and organized. But what truly makes this place special is the people who work here. I especially want to thank the supervisors who are always there in the mornings when I shop with my baby. There is an amazing female supervisor and also a male supervisor that I already consider my “partner in crime” because of his incredible energy, kindness, and empathy. He always greets me, helps me, and makes me feel welcome. Even though we don’t speak the same language — he speaks English and I speak Spanish — he still understands me so well and always treats me with patience and respect 💙. That says a lot about a person. I also want to thank all the employees and cashiers. I know not every day is easy, but overall this store has such a warm and human atmosphere. People like you are what this world needs more of 🥰✨ Thank you for always making my shopping experience such a pleasant one, especially when I come with my baby. You can truly feel when a team works with care and good energy. 💕

  For many years, my family and I have gladly traveling 25 minutes, passing several other grocery stores along the way, just to shop at this particular Food Lion (Strickland & Falls of Neuse) because we know we can trust the experience every single time. That says a lot in today’s world. From the fresh produce and quality meats to shelves that are always well-stocked with exactly what we need, this store consistently exceeds expectations. Over the years, we’ve often said, “No, let’s go here,” because we know we’ll leave with everything we came for and, more importantly, with peace of mind knowing we purchased quality food for our family. What truly sets this Food Lion apart, however, is the unmatched customer service. Every employee we’ve encountered has been kind, helpful, and genuinely concerned about making sure customers find what they need. If something isn’t easy to locate, someone is always willing to walk you directly to it with patience and care. That level of genuine consideration creates unquestionable confidence while shopping here. Their online shopping experience is also an absolute breeze. Orders are always handled efficiently, accurately, and with care, making busy days so much easier for families like ours. It’s clear the team values both quality and convenience. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting one of the sweetest managers, Cole, after a system failure at the register. Instead of allowing the situation to become stressful, he calmly asked thoughtful questions, quickly came up with a solution, and ensured I left the store completely worry-free. His professionalism, kindness, and ability to problem-solve so graciously were truly refreshing. You simply do not encounter people like this often anymore. I also want to recognize Micheal, who is always so happy, welcoming, and incredibly helpful every time we shop. His positive attitude and willingness to assist truly make a difference and add to the wonderful atmosphere this store consistently provides. Store Manager Cooper also deserves recognition because it is very evident that he does an exceptional job leading and vetting his team. The positive culture, professionalism, and care shown throughout the store reflect strong leadership. I am truly thankful for the outstanding service this Food Lion continues to provide my family year after year. Exceptional customer service and quality like this deserve to be recognized and celebrated.

  I'd like to think this is my favorite Food Lion in the world! The staff are very helpful and approachable. I can rely on a clean, neat, and well-stocked shopping experience. Hats off to the management and and staff for keeping the store in great condition! You are ALL amazing!!!
