- AWApril Washington3 days ago5.0Love coming to this location. The food is always fresh and hot and has not been sitting like other restaurants. We came bought food and forgot our milkshake. Called and the GM Pam made it right with no hassle. The milkshake was excellent one of the best I’ve had. Highly recommended. Thank you to the staff and management for working so hard.

- SMSean MaloneSep 18, 20263.0This particular restaurant is getting worse, even as the prices continue to rise. The soda machines are not calibrated resulting in the soda tasting very weak. This seems on purpose as both machines are producing poor tasting Coke (and other flavors). The burgers are supposed to be cooked fresh, however when I got my burger, it was charred pretty badly (well, well over done) AND it was cold. I think they pre-cook a lot of burgers and set them on the side and use them when it gets busy or it gets near closing time. Either way, my burger was a bit gross (congealed and burnt). The fries are still great. The restaurant is not dirty, but it is not clean either. I watched one person run a dry rag over a table to knock someone's leftover crumbs onto the floor, but he didn't wipe it down with any cleaner, leaving dried sticky ketchup on the table. The entire place had an 'unclean' smell to it. My wife and I used to visit this restaurant at least once every two weeks. Now we barely go twice a year, and each time we are reminded why we don't go back. Recommend avoiding this one until it gets some new management.
