The answered the phone so rude not hello how can I help you but will you be here by 10pm. I said yes and his response was “What you getting@ but the tone and attitude in his voice was so disrespectful and rude. I let him know before hanging up that he was rude and I no longer wanted to place an order. I called the one off Dr. Calvin Dr in wake forest and the lady was so nice. I arrived at 9:44 and people was still Coming in and getting great customer service

Also, it wasn't handed to me with the food, I had to find it on another counter on my own. I had a stomach ache the next day but not sure if it's related.

Unfortunately, my experience was somewhat overshadowed by the cashier, Ashley P., who was very rude and made the interaction uncomfortable. Customer service makes a big difference, especially when it’s your first visit. I’m happy to give credit where it’s due—the food was excellent, and the rest of the staff were friendly. I just hope management will address the customer service issue so future customers can have a better overall experience.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
