  I am a frequent customer here in Denver, Colorado where I am from. I went to visit a church in Goldsboro, NC. We were driving Bach to get our flight at Raleigh Durham airport, we had enough time to get and drop off the car rental. So we stopped in this location to get for my wife and I and get donuts. There was only two people working. The drive thru had about 6 cars and the lobby had about six people. The dude started sweeping while there was alll this people waiting. Then he went and started doing sandwiches at a pace that my grandma at 85 would move faster that this guy. Then he would stop and drink water. It was just terrible. We had thirty minutes to spare, but if we would have not told the gal to give us a refund which she said that she did not know how to, but she would make it quick. So she di and we made on the to drop off. I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION IF I WAS EVER THERE IN RALEIGH!!! Worst place ever!!!

  Coffee Tasted like ice water. And the store phone number on Apple Maps is someone’s personal cell number. Corporate hardly speaks English if you can hear them.

  They added coffee to my cherry lime refresher! It tasted terrible! I don’t recommend it! Ask for no coffee in it if you do go!

  Safe to say I won't be coming back. I regularly get dunkin at least at this location 2 or 3 times a week but today I had a horrible experience. I had not eaten anything today since I had a very tight schedule and decided to get a quick snack from dunkin. I sat in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Cars began lining up behind me and I became very agitated. I decided to park and go inside instead of waiting any longer. When I went inside I was told by an employee that her headset was off and that I needed to "just wait in line". I had seen this lady have issues with other customers before but never with me. The entire situation frustrates me just thinking about it. Why would the employee working the drive thru have their headset off? And if they had seen cars in the drive thru, why had they not assumed during those 10+ minutes I waited that maybe their headset was off and I could not hear them? Truly ridiculous. I left without ordering and will not be coming back anytime soon.

  I laced an order for a specific refresher and asked the gentlemen behind the counter for extra assurance that it was made correctly. I was informed it was right but turned out it wasn’t. It’s tasteless, and watery. I would like a refund. Order number was 013 5 drinks was made. Tried calling and was sent to voicemail….
