- ABAustin Batchelor6 days ago1.0I am very reluctant about leaving bad Google reviews due to what they can do to an established, but I’m here to post my first ever one. Me and my girlfriend really enjoy a good trip to Dunkin, but the past few times the service here has been very poor and rude. Today the woman at the window did not wait for me to have a good grasp on my change and it fell into a puddle of dropped coffee. She did not apologize and kinda just gave me an annoyed look. My girlfriend also placed a mobile order, and she accidentally placed it for indoor pickup. I understand we were at fault, but the woman at the window gave me a whole lecture about how it messed up her rotation and was a huge inconvenience for her. From someone who works in food service I understand it’s not the most flattering job, but I just thought all of this was pretty unnecessary and the past few times I’ve been to this location I’ve dealt with pretty bad customer service.

We were driving Bach to get our flight at Raleigh Durham airport, we had enough time to get and drop off the car rental. So we stopped in this location to get for my wife and I and get donuts. There was only two people working. The drive thru had about 6 cars and the lobby had about six people. The dude started sweeping while there was alll this people waiting. Then he went and started doing sandwiches at a pace that my grandma at 85 would move faster that this guy. Then he would stop and drink water. It was just terrible. We had thirty minutes to spare, but if we would have not told the gal to give us a refund which she said that she did not know how to, but she would make it quick. So she di and we made on the to drop off. I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION IF I WAS EVER THERE IN RALEIGH!!! Worst place ever!!!
