  I always mobile order and it’s never ready when I arrive. They always miss the cold foam and don’t know how to handle issues when they’re out of product. A bunch of kids working there with no proper customer service, care or willingness to assist.

  I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor experience I had at this Dunkin location. The level of customer service was unacceptable from the moment I placed my order. The staff was rude, dismissive, and clearly had no regard for treating customers with basic respect. What made the situation even worse was the condition of the drink I received. It tasted spoiled, as if the milk or cream used was expired or had gone bad. The taste was so off-putting that I had to throw the entire drink away immediately. Serving a drink in that condition is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness, food safety, and quality control at this location. In addition, the management at this store appears to be failing in its responsibilities. It is clear that the managers are not properly supervising the crew and are allowing employees to behave however they want without any standards, professionalism, or accountability. This lack of leadership creates a disrespectful environment and directly affects the customer experience. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at any Dunkin location, and it reflects very poorly on the store’s management and staff. I expect this issue to be addressed immediately, including a review of both the employees’ conduct and the store’s food handling practices. Thank you.

  False advertisement, business hours list that they close at 6:00 PM and I’m there at 5:50 pm to order. Drive through light still on, open sign still lite. Yet there are two workers standing inside with the lights off and one opens the door to tell me they’re close. I state that your business hours say 6:00 PM and she states we are closed. Very much false advertisement, adjust your business hours if you are going to close early.
