  This location 3209 s Wilmington st, Raleigh nc is probably the worst location in wake county that i have visited. I went today to get 2 hot coffees and they said they were OUT of cream at 8:00am on a Thursday morning. This is unacceptable and im tired of the constant issues at this location.So annoying and a new location is needed for the area.

  Without doubt best Dunkin experience in years. Egg and cheese wrap fresh and warm, fresh brewed coffee.

  I had such a great experience at this Dunkin’ location and really wanted to highlight the amazing customer service. Christian, who helped me at the drive-thru, was incredibly kind and helpful!! I had placed a mobile order, and when I got to the window, they didn’t have one of the items I ordered. Instead of just brushing it off, he went out of his way to help me find a good substitution and made sure I was happy with it. He was very polite, welcoming, and just genuinely sweet. You can tell he really cares about customers having a good experience. He even told me about the fruit punch flavor Dunkin’ offers for donuts, which I had never heard of before, and offered to let me try it! that really stood out to me! There was also another worker at the window who was just as friendly and engaging, even though I didn’t catch his name. The energy between them both made the whole experience feel warm, fun, and welcoming. Honestly, not every Dunkin’ location has this level of service, and I think it says a lot about the people working here. Employees like Christian truly make a difference, and I hope Dunkin’ continues to hire and recognize people like him!!

  This is the second time in a row that huge portions of large orders were missing in sealed delivery packages. Last time it was all the donuts, this time all the food and coffee. We got our refund back, but it's made us lose all faith in ordering from this location. The food that arrives is tasty, but we never know what we will or won't receive and it's disappointing. There isn't much else customers can do besides get a refund for the missing items and leave a negative review, so that's why I'm leaving this review.
