  Service is the worst, not polite at all. No hi or how may I help you, they eventually come up to the counter and just stare at you and wait for to start ordering. And it wasn't because they were busy, there was no one in drive through and I was the only one that was actually in the store to order.

  If you’re going to lock the store to prevent customers from coming inside then remove the option to WALK IN when placing an order on the app. I placed my order ahead of time due to having to get to work only to find out I couldn’t walk in and I couldn’t wait in the very long line so I spent money for nothing.

  I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese bagel and a muffin. Also a coffee cake muffin. The bagel was decent but the muffin was horrible. It smelled as if the muffin was sitting under a light for an extended period of time. It didn’t smell fresh at all and the taste was a bit unbearable

  Waited 10 min in line to get up to the speaker for them to say they don’t have food. Only donuts and coffee. I preplanned my week that I was going to this Dunkin’ every day before work and preloaded my card on the app for it. I understand they are short staffed but the lady over the speaker was rude and I left with nothing. This location 4/5 times I go is short staffed with a long wait and they turn their mobile ordering off when they don’t have enough people. Will not be returning and will be getting a refund for the money I put in the app.
