  I just want to take a moment to recognize two amazing young ladies, *Shade and Shay*, for their outstanding customer service! I was leaving the ER around 5:30 in the morning, completely exhausted, and these two ladies were such a breath of fresh air.They were incredibly sweet, pleasant, professional, and made sure I was well taken care of. My order was completely correct, but what stood out to me the most was their kindness and positive attitudes. You never know what someone is going through or what kind of night they’ve had, and sometimes a little kindness goes a long way. These ladies truly made my morning better without even realizing it. Dunkin’ is lucky to have employees like Shade and Shay. I will absolutely continue coming back to this location and supporting them.Thank you, ladies, for reminding me that great customer service and genuine kindness still exist!You both deserve to be recognized💕☕️

  Staff is awesome!! (Shoutout to emma shes a sweetheart and has great customer service!) food is very fresh and clean tasting drinks.

  Amazing service here! I ordered an iced chai latte, and I tasted coffee in it, which I cannot have. All the ladies working this shift were super understanding, and remade the drink after confirming there was in fact coffee in the drink. Great experience if you are just kind and understanding to the workers!

  Stopped by this morning to grab some coffee, and the overall experience was great! ☕️ The staff was very welcoming, especially since today was only their second day of operation. I believe the store manager was one of the people who came out and spoke with me. He was very personable and engaging, and even gave me a coupon book, which was a nice touch! 😊 I’m definitely glad to have a coffee shop on this end of Capital Boulevard. The service was fast, the staff was polite and professional, and the whole experience was just really pleasant. We need more customer service like this these days! I’ll definitely be back.
