  They are new. So I'm a lot more lenient than a lot of these reviews lol. I haven't had a drink messed up and when the drive-thru is slow I'll just go inside and it's super quick. The workers have been nice and helpful when I asked for extra things in my drink! I'm glad they built it because this is closer to my job

  I wouldn’t recommend coming back to this place the service was awful I asked for a free hash brown because I had won the reward points they can’t do it because supposedly their “manager” wasn’t around and saying they didn’t know how to do it slow customer service 😕

  Lakefea if I'm spelling it right but her customer service was great the store was clean the food was fresh when my son and I walked in we were greeted with smiles and a welcome to Dunkin all the staff was clean dressed and polite. This area really needed that even the parking lot was nice and clean. I definitely will be going back

  Don’t waste your time or your money here, I don’t recommend this place to anyone, we placed an order and one of the staff said that can’t make it like we want it since they have to follow the recipe. Mind you it was just add-ons to a drink and less ice on it, anyway they said it won’t taste the same if they make the drink like that, never have I ever heard of such thing before, it’s not that hard to make a drink how a customer is ordering it. also the amount of ice you put on a drink does not affect the taste with the milk, which was an excuse they used and it was the most ridiculous excuse I’ve ever heard. When we tried to ask for a refund back they said they couldn’t get us a refund because their manager is asleep so they can’t call her to get our money back. At the end we had to order something we didn’t want. I think this place should hire more competent people for the job.

  They don’t know what they’re doing. They filled more than half of the cup when we asked for less ice on a large drink, they said they can’t because of the measures. Then we asked for a refund and they didn’t because their “manager” did not pick up the phone. It’s not rocket science to make coffee.
