  I concur with my fellow polite reviewers below. THEY ARE NEW and to staff restaurants lately I give them kudos! And with that in mind they got my 5. I had quick service walking in and getting my doughnut run for my American Red Cross donation. I plan to keep this routine going every Sunday and happy they were well staffed and product was fresh and clean store!

  I had such a great experience at this location! The manager was extremely kind and helpful. After a disappointing experience at the Clayton location, I came in just asking for help with who I could contact about the poor customer service I received there. She went above and beyond. Not only did she help me, but she also offered to remake my order, even though she absolutely didn’t have to. She was so nice and made sure everything was right. Her staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming to this location from now on. It’s closer to my job anyway, and the amazing customer service made the decision even easier! I truly appreciate the manager and her team for turning a frustrating experience into such a positive one.

  I ordered a LARGE ice shakin espresso with 4 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup and almond milk. They forgot the syrup completely. I also asked for less ice! The entire cup was ice. I ended up dumping the ice out myself and only half the cup is coffee! There’s still ice in my coffee, I didn’t even dump all of it out. I can deal with the syrup being forgotten but it’s when I removed the ice and noticed how much was in the cup was so upsetting. I paid almost $7 for a half cup of espresso with almond milk. I liked coming here when they opened (which was not too long ago) but it seems they’re going downhill much quicker than anticipated. Very disappointed.
