    Although I have visited this Dunkin on many occassions and have had great service in the past, my last visit wasn't great at all. On my way to work, I ordered a 1/2 dozen (customized: 2 glazed, 3 jelly, 1 other) donuts and 2 breakfast sandwiches via the app for pickup. The sandwiches were fine, but the donuts I received were not the ones I ordered. I received 2 chocolate and 4 custard-filled. Unfortunately, it wasn't realized until I arrived at work.

    Allow online order for walk-in but are locked and only allow drive thru. Not ideal when you walked there with your kids. Disable walk in orders if you’re not able to accommodate.

    I ordered an everything bagel and they give me my bagel I walked outside and seen that it was completely plain. So I walked in and told them hey I ordered everything bagel and I got a plain one and then they told me they were out of everything bagels. They could have told me they were out of everything bagels instead of just handed me what I didn't want. That was rude. Just tell me that you don't have the product Don't make something I don't want and try to hand it to me

    I don’t typically write reviews but felt compelled to today as I’ve visited this locations many times on my way to and from work. Mostly it’s a hit or miss where most visits I’ve justified because the coffee and or service would be ok. Some employees at the window drive thru are pleasant even. One or the other. Have a great coffee with a crap shoot attitude or a happy face with not the best made coffee. Can’t have it all I guess 😆 Today it wasn’t the coffee however it wasn’t full in my cup, as if I got a medium and paid for a large. Coffee or buying out isn’t cheap but what really struck me today was the service at the window. I’ve worked customer service, drive thru in my time as well and never in my working life have I ever held a finger up to a customer that was asking a question at the window. The customer at the window is the one you’re serving in that moment. Most Id assume would let the customer at the speaker know they’d be with them momentarily however that’s not what happened to me today. This employee holds his finger up at me after asking him a very so I thought simple question. Regardless holding a finger up at a customer is rude. His attitude was a “I don’t care” I understand we all have our days but when you work in business you have to be respectful. Not only did my coffee come with the attitude, I also didn’t get my correct amount of change returned. Stopping here is a treat for me however today was definitely not!

    Terrible experience at Dunkin’. We ordered two “assorted” dozens through the drive-thru, and what we got was anything but assorted. Yes, there were some filled donuts—but way too many of them—while the rest were just the same basic ones repeated over and over (mostly chocolate and powdered). No balance, no real variety, and no effort put into the order. This felt like a box thrown together with whatever they had left, not what was actually requested. Ordering through the drive-thru should NOT mean getting lower quality or a careless selection. This is simply poor execution. It’s clear the staff needs better training on what an “assorted dozen” actually means and how to properly put together a basic order like this. Very disappointing. Would not recommend, and I won’t be ordering donuts here again.
