- DIDiane IngleAug 11, 20261.0Stopped in this location on our way out for a shopping trip for my Granddaughter's birthday to grab some of our fav drinks and a snack ☕🍩🧋 only to park, walk up and tug on a locked door with three employees working?.. Loaded back up and through the drive-thru we go for a large hot coffee with a shot of espresso & three extra pumps of vanilla, 2 large caramel creme with whipped cream and caramel drizzle (frozen caramel coffee at most stores) & an ice water because we ordered our snacks in a 2nd order. All three drinks were terrible! The coffee was not sweet, the other two were half blended with chunks of ice, barely any whipped cream and no drizzle, not to mention they were especially unblended in the 1/2" of the bottom and literally tasted and looked like chocolate milk.. They had no longer straws to fit the large cups, I showed my ID and asked for a Veteran discount only to be told, after searching for it, "it's only .75¢ and I'm not sure how you even do it". By this time, I'm done and really annoyed! I go to pull back in for more sugar and there are now five cars waiting and no other way to get it! I'm done; done with the rudeness, the lack of training, wasting my hard-earned money and most definitely done with snarky comments to Veterans of this United States! I will not pay your paychecks nor train your employees! My Daughter has Co-managed a Dunkin store for many years and there is no accountability at most stores in North Carolina PERIOD! I fully expect a reply from someone who can truly address why this happens on a regular basis, if not, I will go to Corporate or all the way to the company President, if I have to.
