- CBCindy BJun 28, 20261.0If I could give zero stars, I would. Stopped there for a large Iced Tea and Latte. Took forever to get order but when I finally got mine, it wouldn't let me pay without leaving a tip. Drove off and took a drink of what was supposed to be tea and it was iced coffee.Turned around and went back and was told they were out of black tea and asked if I wanted something else. Said no, I only drink black tea. I said they could give me a gift card if it would be easier since I had put the order on a credit card. Who I assumed was the manager on duty, gave me a give card for $4 (oe so he said). I then stopped at another Dunkin and tried to use the card. Their manager on duty confirmed there was nothing on the card. I tried calling the original location but it goes to vm and indicates the mailbox is full. Don't you think the person working the drive thru should know they are out of tea? Did the person that fixed the drink think I wouldn't be able to tell the difference tea and coffee? Shouldn't the acting person in charge know how to either refund or load a gift card? LOL, shouldnt someone check the freaking mailbox to address faithful customer concerns?

- TBTori BlandMay 30, 20261.0i wish i could rate half a star, this ruined my day and possibly my entire raleigh experience. I’m shocked at the amount of incompetent people in one space. They don’t need to be retrained the location needs to be shut down. We were waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes and were asked to pull off to the side while other cars who had received their orders were served. When we were not served for another 10 minutes we went in to ask about our order and it had not been started. We then asked for a refund and the staff struggled to complete that request as well. By the time we were finally refunded it had been 1 hour and we never got our original order. In the total amount of time we spent at Dunkin we could’ve gone to the store and made our own food. Never for your sake and the ones close to you spend your money or time at this hell of a location. Our Order: 2 breakfast sandwich’s 1 hash brown
