An employee was touching their hair while preparing food and handling orders without washing their hands afterwards. Sanitation, especially in an establishment that handles food, should be considered a non-optional task.

Too much sauce is always on the pizzas and when extra cheese is asked to be put on its never up there. But tonight just put the icing on the cake. Placed an order at 11:45, it's 12:37. No update on the delivery and no call to say they were closing early, but you know what did happen, they took the money out my account. With the pizza quality going down and now this, won't be ordering from this location again.
